At secondskis.com we have our own ski workshop, where we service your skis before and after you go on a ski holiday. We sharpen edges and the base, and finish by waxing the skis.
To order service, you must bring your equipment to our store.

Fit Guarantee
We know that it can be difficult to buy equipment without trying it first. That's why we offer a one-season satisfaction guarantee on all our products. This means you can exchange any used equipment right after you return home from your ski holiday.

Do you have old skis in the attic or do you want to upgrade the equipment you bought from us? We offer a trade-in price! You can choose to receive the money in cash or as a gift card to Secondskis.com (you get the most value via the gift card).

We answer all emails within 24 hours on weekdays, and our phone is open every day from 10.00 to 18.00
Condition
All our products are marked with a condition, so you can see if the product is used or new. New, unused products are labeled as "Factory New". Our used equipment is divided into three different conditions: "Gold", "Silver", and "Bronze", so you can easily understand the product's condition before you receive it. Formålet med billedet er at vise, hvordan produktet generelt ser ud – altså farve, model og design. Den specifikke vare, du modtager, vil svare til billedet, men kan variere i stand og detaljer. Du vælger derfor produktets slid ud fra standen.
Delivery
We deliver all orders within 2-5 business days. For purchases over 135 EUR, you get free shipping to home address.
You can also choose to pick up your order for free in our store.
Return
We offer free returns within 14 days.
In the package, you will find a return label, so you can easily send the order back without hassle. Fill out the enclosed return form so we know where to return your money. Then pack the products you wish to return and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
Payment
We accept all common payment methods such as MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards (Visa/Mastercard). You also have the option to split your payment into 4 installments with Anyday.
Warranty and support
All our products, both new and used, have a 24-month warranty. This means that we cover damages from normal use within the first two years.

We have our very own ski shop in Fredericia, where you will be able to try and see all our products in stock. So if you would like to see or try the product before purchase, you are more than welcome in our store.
Availability
We have only a limited number of most products. If an item is sold out, it is not certain that we will get it back in stock. You can see the stock status of all products on the website.
