When you shop on our website, there will only be one image of each model, even if this model comes in different sizes and condition. This means that in most cases you do not buy the skis that the pictures show on the product page.

But there is no reason to be nervous about this, because…

To give you the best experience, we have decided to be completely transparent on the site. So that there are no negative surprises, we have classified all our products according to the wear conditions: gold, silver and bronze.

All skis are newly waxed and sharpened!

When buying used skis at Brugteski.dk, there should be no doubt as to whether the ski is fully functional. Any scratches in the sole have been filled in, the edges have been sharpened and all the skis have been newly waxed. To ensure the best safety, all defective gear is sorted out and will not be sold on Brugteski.dk!

With us, it is mainly the surface and the bindings that have cosmetic scratches, which have no effect on the function of the skis!

Our skis have always been maintained. We have ensured that the structure and durability of the skis has been maintained.

The difference between Gold, Silver and Bronze

But what is the big difference between Gold, Silver and Bronze, you must ask yourself now? The answer is actually very simple. Features, broadcast and price.

Properties:

Of course, a Bronze ski is more worn and used than a Gold ski, but all our skis are newly sharpened and waxed. This means that all edges on all our skis are equally sharp and cut equally well through all snow.

However, there will be more traces of wear on the sole, in the form of scratches and covered notches on a Bronze ski rather than a Gold ski! Have you ever tried looking under your skis after a week on ski holiday? Many new nicks and scratches quickly appear, and it's probably not because you can feel that your skis straight ahead cut the turns "worse" at the end of the holiday than when you got them on the first day and they were perfectly fine? (If that's the case, then maybe it's due to sore poles and a little too much après ski 😉 ) A professional will be able to feel the difference, but we ordinary skiers won't... And no, you're only a professional the day you have new wax on every day depending on the weather!

Appearance:

When it comes to the appearance of the skis, it is 100% a matter of taste! If you want a ski that is really sharp without large scratches or nicks, then you should choose one gold skis.
If, on the other hand, you are more indifferent to various nicks and cosmetic scratches, but have a greater focus on the ski's properties and the most value for money, then you should go with a Bronze skis.
Now there is the infamous Silver ski left... A really nice middle ski, which has slightly more notches than a Gold ski, but not nearly as many as a Bronze ski. So if you want the best of both worlds, it's definitely one Silver skis you need.
