Prices
All prices are only valid at the time of the current order. We apply used VAT on all products, which means you cannot get the VAT refunded when purchasing used equipment. All new products include 25% VAT.
Payment
Payment can be made with the following cards: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, and MasterCard
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only deducted from your card when the item is shipped. For local pickup, the money is withdrawn no later than 7 days after the order is placed.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We withdraw the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.
When paying with Anyday, we deduct the first payment when the item is shipped. Then you pay a monthly installment on the last business day of the next three months. This installment depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there are zero interest and fees. Shipping
We deliver throughout Denmark with GLS to parcel shops or home delivery. For purchases between 0 and 994 DKK, a shipping cost of 39 DKK is added, for purchases over 995 DKK, shipping is free for delivery to a parcel shop. GLS home delivery always costs 69 DKK.
The delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days.
If you want your package delivered to a country other than Denmark, additional shipping costs will apply. Contact customer service to calculate the price.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to info@secondskis.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Partial Withdrawal of the Purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you withdraw part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
We offer free returns on all items. A return label is included in the order, which you can use for the return free of charge. If you lose this return label, you can contact customer service, and we will send you a new one. You are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
Applicable Rules for Using Ski-Exchange Certificate
- You must present a valid Ski-Exchange certificate
- The skis must be returned no later than after 2 ski seasons, see the latest exchange date on your Ski-Exchange certificate
- The skis must be delivered in a condition you would want to use:
- The skis do not need to be newly sharpened and waxed.
- The skis must be 100% functional and have a smooth and clean base. The skis must not have significant marks on the bases and edges that cannot be repaired or improved after grinding.
- The bindings must be 100% functional.
- The skis must not be separating from the base and the surface of the ski.

Condition of the Item When You Return It
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
You may adjust the skis and fit them to your boots.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you withdraw your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation for having returned it.

By prior arrangement, you can also withdraw the purchase by notifying us and delivering it personally to the above address.
Warranty
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases.
This means you have a 24-month warranty.
If your complaint is justified, it means you can either get the item repaired, replaced, get your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. You are requested to place packing material between the skis and the box. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
Since we deal with used items, the skis are not in new condition, so wear and tear/scratches are to be expected. The condition can be Gold, Silver, or Bronze. To be able to complain, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least 720 DKK. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We register and pass on the personal information necessary to deliver the item to you.
We pass on your information to GLS to deliver your items.
The personal information is registered with Secondskis.com ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to know what information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This can be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it.
