All prices are only valid at the time of the current order. We apply second-hand VAT on all products, products which mean that you cannot get a VAT refund when buying used equipment. All new products include 25% VAT.


Payment can be made with the following payment cards: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA and MasterCard

We do not charge card fees.

The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched. For local collection, the money is withdrawn no later than 7 days after the order has been placed.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

When paying with Anyday, we withdraw the first payment when the item is dispatched. You then pay a monthly benefit on the last working day of the next three months. This benefit depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there is zero interest and fees. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically end. Read more about terms for use of Anyday here: .


We deliver throughout Denmark with GLS for parcel shops or home delivery. For purchases between DKK 0 and 994, a shipping cost of DKK 39 is imposed, for purchases over DKK 995, shipping is free for delivery to parcel shops. GLS home delivery always costs DKK 69.

The delivery time is approx. 2-5 weekdays.

If you want your package delivered to a country other than Denmark, there will be extra shipping costs. Contact customer service to calculate the price.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions .

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.


Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

We offer free returns on all items. A return label is included in the order, which you can use for the return freely. If you throw this return label away, you can contact customer service and we will send you a new one. You are liable if damage occurs during transport.

Applicable rules when using Ski-Byt proof

  • You must present a valid Ski-Byt proof
  • The skis must be handed in at the latest after 2 ski seasons, see latest exchange date on your Ski-Exchange certificate
  • The skis must be delivered as something you want to jump in yourself:
    • The skis do not need to be delivered newly sharpened and waxed.
    • The skis must be 100% functional, and must have a smooth and clean sole. The skis must therefore not have significant marks on the soles and edges that cannot be repaired or improved after grinding.
    • The bindings must be 100% functional.
    • The skis must not be separating from the sole and surface of the ski.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

You have to adjust the skis and adapt them to your boots.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Please place packing material between the skis and the cardboard box. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

As used goods are traded, the skis are therefore not in new condition, so use damage/scratches are to be expected. The stand can be Gold, Silver or Bronze. To be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone no. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

We pass on your information to GLS in order to deliver your goods.

The personal information is registered with ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
