At Secondskis.com, you always have a 14-day free return policy. A return label is included in your order, which you can stick on the package and drop off at your local GLS dealer.
We offer free returns on all items. You are responsible if any damage occurs during transport. As soon as we have received the package and checked the equipment, we will refund the full amount to your account.
You can always bring your equipment to our store in Fredericia, and we can also handle it there! See opening hours
Christmas Gift Purchases
All orders purchased between November 15 and December 24 have an extended return policy. This means that the 14-day free return policy starts from December 25 and lasts until January 8.
Exchange of Products
If you wish to exchange your equipment, please contact us in advance so we can find an optimal solution.
Problems with Returning Products?

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The period means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to info@secondskis.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.
Partial Withdrawal of Purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs refunded if you withdraw part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
We offer free returns on all items. A return label is included in the order, which you can use for the return free of charge. If you lose this return label, you can contact customer service, and we will send you a new one. You are responsible if any damage occurs during transport.
