Exchange & return of goods

At you always have a 14-day right of return free of charge. A return label is included in your order, which you can stick on the package and hand in to your local GLS dealer.

We offer free returns on all items . You are liable if damage occurs during transport. As soon as we have received the package and checked the equipment through, we will return the full amount to your account.

You can always take your equipment down to our store in Fredericia, and we will be able to fix it here too! See opening hours

Christmas gift shopping

All orders purchased in the period from 15 November to 24 December have extended return rights. This means that the 14-day free return right first starts from 25 December and lasts until 8 January.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions .

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.


Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
