At købe sine egne ski er mere besværligt end bare at leje dem. Bindingerne skal indstilles, skiene skal serviceres hver 1-2 år, du er ikke sikker på de er gode til dig før du prøver dem + du kan være så uheldig, at de går i stykker og så er pengene spildt...
Det har vi dog sat en stopper for med vores Ski-garanti. En garanti der kan give dig 100% ro i maven, og er så billig, at det næsten er dumt ikke at tilkøbe! Vi har lavet 3 versioner af garantien - Bronze, Sølv og Guld - så du nemt kan vælge præcis hvor meget du vil sikres imod.
Bronze Ski-Garanti (199 DKK):
- Fuld 1-års garanti med 100% dækning
- 1-års gavekort på skiservice (Værdi 249 DKK)
Sølv Ski-Garanti (299 DKK):
- Fuld 2-års garanti med 100% dækning
- 2-års gavekort på skiservice (Værdi 249 DKK)
- Pasningsgaranti, hvis skiene ikke er for dig (Værdi 199 DKK)
Guld Ski-Garanti (399 DKK):
- Fuld 3-års garanti med 100% dækning
- 2 stk. 2-års gavekort på skiservice (Værdi 498 DKK)
- Pasningsgaranti, hvis skiene ikke er for dig (Værdi 199 DKK)
Om Ski-garantien
Den fulde garanti giver dig alle dine penge igen, hvis uheldet skulle være ude, og skiene enten går i stykker eller skulle blive stjålet.
Obs. Ski-garantien gælder kun for brugte produkter og kan ikke blive brugt på nye produkter.

Regler og retningslinjer for Ski-garanti:
- Gælder kun brugt udstyr købt hos Brugteski.dk
- Ski-garantien skal købes sammen med skien. Garantien kan ikke tilkøbes på et senere tidspunkt.
- Får du byttet skiene via vores pasningsgaranti, eller vælger at opgradere til et andet par, så er garantien stadigvæk gældende for den købte periode.
- Ski-servicen er vores alm. service. Ønskes der at laves en ekstra service på skiene, vil der forekomme en merpris.
- Før den fulde garanti kan gøres gældende, skal skaden fremvises, og skiene skal afleveres i butikken. Ved tyveri skal en politianmeldelse fremvises.

We know that it can be difficult to buy equipment without trying it first. That's why we offer a one-season satisfaction guarantee on all our products. This means you can exchange any used equipment right after you return home from your ski holiday.

Do you have old skis in the attic or do you want to upgrade the equipment you bought from us? We offer a trade-in price! You can choose to receive the money in cash or as a gift card to Secondskis.com (you get the most value via the gift card).

Condition
All our products are marked with a condition, so you can see if the product is used or new. New, unused products are labeled as "Factory New". Our used equipment is divided into three different conditions: "Gold", "Silver", and "Bronze", so you can easily understand the product's condition before you receive it. Read more about the different conditions here!
Return
We offer free returns within 14 days.
In the package, you will find a return label, so you can easily send the order back without hassle. Fill out the enclosed return form so we know where to return your money. Then pack the products you wish to return and attach the return label to the outside of the package.

Formålet med billedet er at vise, hvordan produktet generelt ser ud – altså farve, model og design. Den specifikke vare, du modtager, vil svare til billedet, men kan variere i stand og detaljer. Du vælger derfor produktets slid ud fra standen.
Payment
We accept all common payment methods such as MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards (Visa/Mastercard). You also have the option to split your payment into 4 installments with Anyday.
Warranty and support
All our products, both new and used, have a 24-month warranty. This means that we cover damages from normal use within the first two years.
If you have questions about the products before or after purchase, you can always contact our customer service.

We have our very own ski shop in Fredericia, where you will be able to try and see all our products in stock. So if you would like to see or try the product before purchase, you are more than welcome in our store.
Availability
We have only a limited number of most products. If an item is sold out, it is not certain that we will get it back in stock. You can see the stock status of all products on the website.

Condition description
Condition describes how new or used the equipment is, so you know what to expect when you receive it. The condition does not affect the quality of the equipment but describes how many cosmetic scratches it has. This also affects the price – the more used the equipment is, the lower the price.

Brand new equipment
Factory new means completely new and unused equipment, without defects or deficiencies.
Little to no signs of wear
Gold standard is our finest used equipment, which looks almost new with very few to no scratches.
Signs of wear
Silver condition is our most common. Here you will see that the equipment is used, but without major scratches or dents.
Larger scratches and dents
Bronze equipment is the most worn. It has larger scratches and dents, but only affects the appearance and not the functionality.
