What is your information used for?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Delivery of agreed services/goods/services.
• Communication with you in connection with the provision of our services.
• Individual marketing, targeting of tailor-made offers and services for your personal needs and wishes // Target relevant offers.
• Surveys, statistics and analyzes to improve our products and services.
• In connection with any legal claims that may have arisen.

Please note that the communication of personal data may be a requirement under a contract, or a requirement that must be met in order to enter into a contract. In these situations, we will not be able to offer you our products and services unless you provide us with the required information.

What information do we process about you?

We only process information about you for the purposes mentioned under point 2.
The scope of the information processed will be limited to what is necessary to achieve the purpose in question.
We process the following categories of information about you:

General information:

• General contact information (such as name, email, telephone number and address)
• Geo location, for shipping
• Payment details
• Purchase history
• Cookie information
• IP address
• Information submitted in connection with a possible complaint

Sensitive information:
If you provide health information or other sensitive information in connection with a complaint, the information necessary for the processing of your case will be processed.
We only process sensitive information about you if you have given us your express consent.

How do we collect data about you?

The data we process about you will most often be collected directly from you. We may process information about you collected from third parties, such as:

• Online sources, eg social media such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Our business partners.

If we process information about you collected from third parties, we will give you a notification containing the contact details of the data controller, the purposes of the processing, the legal basis, the affected categories of personal data, etc.

On what basis do we process your personal data?

Our processing of personal data is always based on a legal basis. We may process your personal data on the following basis:

• Your express consent.
• The processing is necessary to fulfill a contract to which you are a party, or for the purpose of implementing measures taken at your request prior to the conclusion of a contract.
• The processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on Brugteski.dk ApS.
• The processing is necessary so that Brugteski.dk or a third party can pursue a legitimate interest. Legitimate interests may constitute;
• Continuous improvement of products, services, shopping experience and technologies.
• To target our communications with you in accordance with your preferences.

Who can we share your information with?

We may share information about you with:

• Our suppliers.
• Our partners and internally within the group.
• Analysis and segmentation platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager or Google Adwords.
• Public authorities, if required by law.
• Warning registers that identify risky transactions with the aim of combating (organized) online fraud.
• If we share information about you with third parties for marketing purposes, we only share the general information you have entered yourself on Brugteski.dk

When do we transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA?

Your personal data may be processed by data processors located outside the EU/EEA.
If your personal data is processed by a provider in another country, Brugteski.dk ensures that the provider only processes your data in accordance with Brugteski.dk's instructions and that the data is otherwise processed under appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
If we transfer personal data to a data processor located outside the EU/EEA, the data will only be processed for the purposes mentioned under point 2.

We only transfer your personal data abroad if;
The Commission has determined that the country has a sufficient level of security, or
The transfer is based on an agreement that effectively secures your rights and a sufficient level of protection, or the transfer is based on the Commission's standard regulations.

How long do we keep your information?

Brugteski.dk regularly deletes information about inactive customers, and only stores your information as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was originally collected.

What security measures have we taken?

At Brugteski.dk, we do our best to take good care of your personal data.
We secure your personal data through both technical and organizational security measures, with the aim of protecting your data against unauthorized access, manipulation, destruction/deletion or loss of data.

What rights do you have?

As a customer of Brugteski.dk, you have the right to exercise the following rights as a registered user:

• Inspection and correction at Brugteski.dk
• Deletion
• Data portability, ie. that, upon request, you can receive the information you have submitted yourself to HusCompagniet A/S in a structured, common and machine-readable format
• Option to withdraw your consent

The exercise of your rights may be subject to conditions and restrictions, and will largely depend on the specific processing situation.
As a customer of Brugteski.dk, you have the right to view and correct your information at any time, as well as the option to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. You can request to have your personal data deleted at Brugteski.dk at any time. Your information will be deleted at your request if one of the following criteria applies;

• You withdraw your consent (if your consent formed the basis for the processing),
• Do not wish to receive direct marketing,
• The information turns out to be incorrect, or
• No longer necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, or if
• The information is processed illegally.

If you believe that Brugteski.dk processes your personal data illegally, you have the option of filing a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority.

Personal data policy 

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone no. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you. 

We pass on your information to GLS in order to deliver your goods.

The personal information is registered with Brugteski.dk ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. 

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
