- Delivery: Free delivery within 2-5 business days to your home address for orderes more then 135 EUR.
- Pickup: Order online and pick up in our store in Fredericia.
- Reserve product: Want to reserve a product? Choose "Pickup" at checkout, and the item will be set aside for you.
- Return: Free return within 14 days. A return label is included with your order, ready to be attached to the package.
- Exchange: Use our free return label to send the wrong purchase back, and order the correct product on the website. We ensure that you receive the correct product as soon as possible.

We know that it can be difficult to buy equipment without trying it first. That's why we offer a one-season satisfaction guarantee on all our products. This means you can exchange any used equipment right after you return home from your ski holiday.

We answer all emails within 24 hours on weekdays, and our phone is open every day from 10.00 to 18.00
Condition
All our products are marked with a condition, so you can see if the product is used or new. New, unused products are labeled as "Factory New". Our used equipment is divided into three different conditions: "Gold", "Silver", and "Bronze", so you can easily understand the product's condition before you receive it. Delivery
We deliver all orders within 2-5 business days. For purchases over 135 EUR, you get free shipping to home address.
You can also choose to pick up your order for free in our store.
Return
We offer free returns within 14 days.
In the package, you will find a return label, so you can easily send the order back without hassle. Fill out the enclosed return form so we know where to return your money. Then pack the products you wish to return and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
Payment
We accept all common payment methods such as MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards (Visa/Mastercard). You also have the option to split your payment into 4 installments with Anyday.
Warranty and Support
All our products, both new and used, have a 24-month warranty. This means that we cover damages from normal use within the first two years.

Availability
We have only a limited number of most products. If an item is sold out, it is not certain that we will get it back in stock. You can see the stock status of all products on the website.

Condition describes how new or used the equipment is, so you know what to expect when you receive it. The condition does not affect the quality of the equipment but describes how many cosmetic scratches it has. This also affects the price – the more used the equipment is, the lower the price.

Brand new equipment
Factory new means completely new and unused equipment, without defects or deficiencies.
Little to no signs of wear
Gold standard is our finest used equipment, which looks almost new with very few to no scratches.
Signs of wear
Silver condition is our most common. Here you will see that the equipment is used, but without major scratches or dents.
Larger scratches and dents
Bronze equipment is the most worn. It has larger scratches and dents, but only affects the appearance and not the functionality.
