Shipping and returns
We offer free shipping and returns on all orders! We want to make it as easy as possible for all our customers to buy used equipment without it costing them a penny! You can therefore safely order equipment from us, and if you don't like it, it can be returned free of charge!
- Delivery: Free 2-5 working day delivery to any GLS parcel shop for purchases over DKK 995.
- Collection: Buy the products online and collect in the store in Fredericia
- Return: Free 14 day return. A returned label is included with all orders, which is easy to stick on the package
- Exchange: When exchanging, contact customer service beforehand and we will find the best solution for you
- Reservation: If you wish to reserve a product, it can be purchased for 'Collection' at the checkout, and it will thus be set aside for you

Fit guarantee
It is difficult to buy equipment without trying it first. Unfortunately, this is not an option, so we offer a one-season fitting guarantee on all our products.
You therefore have the opportunity to exchange all used equipment for something else immediately after you return home from your skiing holiday.
Exchange price ONLY: DKK 199 per product
We buy the equipment back again
If you either have some old skis in the attic, or would like to upgrade the ones you bought from us, we will give you a trade-in price!
We can pay you both in cash or through gift cards to Brugteski.dk. (You get the largest amount via gift card)

Why can't it be bought online?
We have chosen that there are certain groups of products that can only be bought in the store. This is because, among other things, it can be difficult to create on the website, or that it cannot be sent online.
Where is the ski shop her?
The ski shop is located in Fredericia 2 minutes from the motorway, so it is super easy to get to.

How does "Ski service" work?
You take your skis or snowboard down to the shop and we will arrange the equipment for you. You don't need to make an appointment in advance, you just have to show up during our opening hours.

Stand description
Condition describes how new/used the equipment is, so you know what to expect when receiving the products.
Condition has no bearing on the quality of the equipment, only how many cosmetic scratches the equipment has. This also has an impact on the price of the equipment. Now the poorer 'Stand' a product is, now it is also cheaper. Watch the video and read the full stand description here!
Brand new equipment
Factory new equipment is, as the word says, brand new. This means equipment that has nothing wrong with it and is completely unused!
Little to no signs of wear
Gold equipment is clearly our nicest equipment, and looks really nice. Here there are almost no traces of use, and it can be difficult to see scratches.
Traces of wear
Silver equipment is our most common condition. Here you get equipment that can be seen to have been used, but has no major scratches or dents.
Major scratches and nicks
Bronze equipment is the most worn equipment, where you can find large scratches and nicks. All scratches are cosmetic and only affect appearance.
